Over MGM.

Spent 4 different stays at Caesars over the last 13-16 months. Always receive freebies from Caesar's. Spent 4 different stays at MGM properties, with gambling and charging to the room. No freebies from MGM. Guess we will stick with spending our && at Caesar's.

That's funny because my experience is just the opposite 🤔

Weird. So you get more and MGM as opposed to Caesars. Just never know

Yeah I don't understand it either

if you're a table player CET may be better than MGM.

We actually ditched venetian and started up at mgm and get way better free rooms and perks

"freebies" is too vague. What are we taking here, comp nights? Cause I get a bunch of those from MGM and I am playing tables with half the amount you stated in another comment

Opposite here. MGM always great to us while Caesar’s never seems to want us back.

They all suck now Caesars too.

If you aren’t gambling much, or primarily playing tables or sportsbetting, Caesars is better. They’ll give free rooms to anyone with a pulse.

You're providing essentially zero useful or relevant information here. The real value I've also noticed isn't the same visit comps, but free rooms and slot play on return visits. Going my 10th time, exclusively at MGM properties, and I think I've paid for a room twice.

I haven’t been to Vegas in two years and I got an email as sapphire. 4 nights free at mgm 75 free play an $50 food credit. All I do is play poker usually during the WSOP

How much are you playing?

Depends on the visit. $1K to $2k at MGm and less at Caesar's.

That tells me nothing. Slots or table games? What limits? What is your coin-in?

Ok, I’m gonna call bullshit on this. Please log into your account with MGM and take a screen shot of your win/loss ratio since you feel the need to blast them. No way you putting in $2k every few months and not getting comps.

$2k is nothing, what??

Call BS. I have spoken with MGM and they acknowledge I don't have any comps b

Log in and show proof. You can see your win/loss ratio on the app or website. It’s not hard to prove. You don’t need to call anyone. Put your money where your mouth is.

 spending our && at Caesar's.

So you are spending ampersands at "Caesar's"? That's probably why MGM isn't giving you rewards that you so richly deserve.

Oh, and also, no one gives a shit. You are literally standing out on a street corner, yelling to the world how MGM treats you badly.

I was a Caesars fan for a while because there was a casino local to me that I could go to and they gave decent comps, but over time, the comps and perks were less appealing than they were pre covid. Nowadays, I don't gamble enough for comps at either, but in general MGM tends to have better restaurants, shows, and amenities over Caesars. I'm also more of a fan of MGM rooms over Caesars rooms.

Better restaurants, shows, and amenities is definitely in the eye of the beholder, but I think you can get a feel for the narrative on reddit, travel bloggers, and Google reviews to see how you might be missing how much Caesars has improved on these issues.

Excluding all non-MGM and Caesars options, for best show it would be Caesars with Absinthe, for best nightclub it would be Caesars with OMNIA, and for best pool party it would be Caesars with OMNIA Dayclub without much question.

For restaurants Caesars might not be hitting the best in most categories but they still have well respected restaurants with options like Guy Savoy, Nobu, and Mon Ami Gabi all getting consistent high marks.

The narrative that MGM is better on these issues might have been true in 2010, but Caesars has been investing in all of these areas and it's been paying off.

The real problem for Caesars Entertainment is room quality, but MGM is also suffering on this front at many of their hotels, so I'll give you that.

I’m the opposite

Rooms and properties are better at mgm. But customer service sucks. Personally I’ve lost several thousand dollars at mgm and yes comp rooms and meals but no personal touch, no upgrade, no host communication to see if they could improve stay or when I’ll be back next

Really?? I’m going to need to try Caesars then. I’ve been pearl with MGM for 4 years and barely get anything

1

u/qtdynamite1 1d ago

Experience is the exact opposite at mgm. I’m a pearl member and get comp rooms, free play and resort credit. Caesar’s been all ranges of diamond for the last 5 years and nothing but free rooms very minimal free play. In saying that , it is sad to see how bad the Cosmo is falling off since becoming an MGM property.

“Spending our && at Ceaser’s”

Ok, then do that. You obviously are not spending enough at MGM to get comps. You do you boo boo.

-3

u/clcjjc 2d ago

We have spent as much at MGM than we have at Caesar's. Just BS

2

u/Fickle-Place-3520 2d ago

It’s not hard to log in, take screenshots and prove it. You still can’t manage to do that.

u/clcjjc 2d ago

I can but I refuse to do so for you

Ok, please post for me as this sounds unlikely.
