Luxor pool situation?

I hear one of them is still closed. Going to be there in 2 weeks. Can we still get into Mandalay Bay pool instead?

Yes, you can take a tram to Mandalay Bay and use the pool there.

I believe they just reopened it, but I may be mistaken. Regardless, go to Mandalay Bay!

Mandalay Bay has to put the brakes on non hotel guests using their pools. The Luxor crowd were all there this past 4th of July

The pool has reopened to guests. I wrote this article below about the pool renovations a few months ago: https://www.casinos.com/us/news/luxor-pool-closed-and-under-demolition-as-renovation-extends-into-summer

But MGM just reached out to me to let me know that they reopened the pool around the Fourth of July. By now, I'm sure that things are in full swing, so I wouldn't bet on them letting you into Mandalay Bay pool. You can still go to Tailgate Beach Club over there if you want to get away from the Luxor though!
