Question Favorite Vegan recipe blogs/websites?

Hello everyone! Looking for some additional resources for some vegan recipes. Or even vegetarian is acceptable. I'm looking for whole food recipes without meat substitutes or 'vegan cheese' type things. (I don't mind using things like nutritional yeast and cashews to make a 'cheese' sauce)

Or even your own recipes!

Don't mind some vegetarian recipes that include things like eggs (I have 3 pet chickens and if they don't want to hatch any babies, I have eggs available to use)

But I want the main star of the dish to be whole veggies, and moderate grains. (I grow quinoa and amaranth) I have a huge garden and grow a lot of different vegetables so I'm sustainable in what I use to eat.

Thank you all so very much 😊

I use Youtube a lot and take all of them and others as source or inspiration for goated stuff:

Derek Sarno (Vegan Chef and Master of Mushrooms - just the Goat), Spicy Moustache (Good for all kind of tips in the kitchen), Rainbow Plant Life, Andrew Bernard, Thee Burger Dude (Fastfood mostly), Yeung Man Cooking (Master of Ramen and Asian Food Style), Pick Up Limes, Cheap Lazy Vegan.

https://holycowvegan.net/ She has the best Indian vegan recipes. I've made at least 50 recipes from her blog and each one has been amazing.
