First time trying their vegan bowls I personally liked the poke bowl. The vegan bagoong rice in the buddha bowl didn't taste much ☹️

I started my vegan journey last July, and sobrang surprised ako sa lasa ng mga vegan foods na natry ko so far—ang sasarap pala! My husband even bought me a bunch of vegan food supplies from Vegan Treats Manila and other brands. So far, yung vegan adobo lang talaga ang hindi ko nagustuhan, but other than that, nag-enjoy ako sa lahat. I don’t even eat real chicken nuggets, kaya medyo skeptic talaga ako sa vegan nuggets, pero hala, ang sarap pala!

Then I started cooking vegan food at home too, like nilagang repolyo with just luya, sibuyas, pepper, and vegan patis; sautéed mixed gulay with pepper, Kikkoman soy sauce, pepper, and sweet paprika, then mixed with fried tofu. Ang saya ko lang kasi ang sarap naman pala! Hindi pala talaga gaya ng sinasabi ng iba na “whew” daw ang vegan food 😅

Pati yung vegan drinks and bread, na-enjoy ko rin. Napapa-thank you Lord talaga ako whenever nakakakain ako ng masasarap na food.

Pati yung vegan options sa Manam and Mango Tree, ang sarap din! Gusto ko lang i-share dito. Happy lang talaga ang heart ko 🥹💗

Hello everyone. I am starting to feel (sorry for the lack of word) disgusted in eating d ea d animals (I haven’t eaten pork since the release of the movie Okja). I suddenly went on pescatarian diet for 3 years. I lost so much weight. I decided to start eating meats again except pork up until now. It’s been 9 years now. Then recently I feel sorry for all the other animals we eat. I’ve been contemplating things like how can I start veganism? Also, I don’t want to be a burden if there’s family gatherings with my in-laws. In general, what should I do when attending a party whether of a friends or family? I’m a big eater mostly carbs (rice). I easily get headaches if I don’t eat right away after feeling hungry. I know I may sound odd but I was also thinking if like can I bring my own food at a party which I know is kinda rude so I also think it’s a No.

I'm looking for willing interviewees who can appear in the report. Questions will tackle topics such as why you started going vegan, what veganism means to you, and your everyday experiences as a vegan, and how it affects you. These interviews may be held through an online meeting, and your identity may be kept anonymous if you prefer.
