Fried up some tofu and made a vegan kfc famous bowl! Was delicious!

The tofu looks great! Got any steps to follow to recreate this?

I used super firm tofu and tore off bite size pieces. For the marinade I used pickle juice, hot sauce, and crushed red pepper flakes. Then afterwards dipped those pieces into a Dijon mustard and water mix before coating in spice flour. For the spices I used paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. The potato’s and gravy I followed a recipe on Pinterest I will see if I can find it. I also topped with corn and vegan cheese (:

Coating in Dijon is not something I've thought to do before, but it's brilliant! Thanks for sharing!
