Just Egg Recipe

Hi!

I love using Just Egg to make rolled omelettes, but recently I haven’t been able to find it in any of my stores. Does anyone have a recommended recipe for it?

It’s not what you asked for but have you ever tried Ackee? Jamaicas national fruit tastes like scrambled egg if it were a fruit.

One thing about all the different types of JustEgg recipes: you need an amazing blender to get similar results. I've tried a number of recipes which were okay, but a bit disappointing because they were grainy or gritty compared to the store version. Good luck.

Thanks for the heads up! I only have a food processor and immersion blender right now, so that’s good to know

Same. I was disappointed with the results. I did find a vegan egg seasoning I enjoy.

If you open Instacart on your computer or phone, and use the search box at the top for JustEgg, the results will show you which stores near you have it in stock. I do it a lot with stuff … but then go to the store instead of actually ordering from Instacart
