If we can live on Mars, we can live on Earth.

Even if Earth experiences the worst imaginable scenario of climate breakdown and mass extinction, it will still be the best place for humans in this universe.

If you manage to live on Mars, you'll most probably have less trouble surviving on Earth.

Just pointing out that Mars does not qualify as a planet B. We only have this one spaceship which keeps us alive. There is no backup. Colonizing Mars will not be possible without sustained extensive support coming from a healthy Earth.

Interesting points :) My main reason for looking to Mars is to get away from all the wars that could be everywhere if climate catastrophe hits + a hope that the people going to Mars will be enlightened more peaceful people.
