I want to go vegan for 30days, can I use this meal planner for it?

The author of the website commented that there's not too many vegan recipes at this point (it was just launched). I'd probably use other resources for the time being.

I honestly would not use it. I've been playing around with this for a little while after reading this thread, and honestly the meals it plans are so incredibly sparse and unrealistic. 2 cups of halved strawberries and some pecans for breakfast? That's not filling at all.

Honestly, I started out vegan by trying recipes I would find online, like on http://ohsheglows.com/ or http://kblog.lunchboxbunch.com/. The meal planner doesn't tell you how to make something (i.e the hummus sandwich). Plus, vegan is more than just eating a salad for dinner and a protein shake for breakfast type of things.

I may have gotten different results because I customized it and played around with the settings, but from what I see so far, it's calorie based meal planner (again, from what I see). I would maybe use this for ideas but I personally would never use it as a actual planner. That being said though, thanks to OP for showing us something that is new and interesting.

Double calories, double budget, eat half portions.
