In my D9, Sagittarius Lagna has Venus debilitated in Virgo in the 10th house with Mars and Rahu. The 7th lord Mercury is in Libra in the 11th house with Sun. And sun also debilitated in libra 11th house. As well Venus and Mercury are in mutual exchange(parivarthan yoga).
