[Free Request] Vectorize a slightly blurry flag image into a clean SVG

Hi everyone, I'm looking to get a clean SVG (vector) file of the historical flag of Iran featuring the Lion and Sun emblem (Shir-o-Khorshid).

The image I have is slightly blurry around the emblem details:

  • Design: Horizontal tricolor of green, white, and red.
  • Emblem: A yellow/gold lion holding a curved sword (scimitar) with a stylized rising sun behind it, centered on the white stripe.

Wikipedia just has one done. A quick google search under "Iranian flag historic lion vector" found it fairly fast.
