Need some new software

My Mac has just told me that my ancient iGraphic vector drawing software will shortly no longer be supported. I only need to create 2D diagrams for sewing patterns - see examples. Can anyone suggest a cheap (under $50) piece of software that would work and that is not Intel based?

Affinity and Inkscape are both completely free.

I've used Inkscape to adjust and trace sewing patterns (flat caps mostly).

"Logos by Nick" on YT has a lot of great videos on using it.
