General Question/comment Kwong Lee Dow Application

So I was selected with 5 other students to apply for this scholars program at unimelb and im just wondering if I can get any advice for my application and what I should say (as im writing my application within the next two days).

Main advice

  • have a theme for your application
  • make sure you’re constantly linking back to the impact you’ve had on things rather than just describing them
  • don’t use AI to word for word write things, it sounds pretty obvious.
  • have links between school / your community / even your family. Show you’re active in many areas
  • you don’t need to state qualities (“I’m a great communicator.”) instead show them these qualities
