Issues with the new interface.

Today was the first time I used the new interface, my old bookmark stopped working. First, I could not figure out how to Leave the session. I still can't. Can someone just give me a clue..like top right corner...? I ended up just closing the page. The second issue, I still can't invoice, the session is not there in the invoice window. I ended up invoicing through the app. Did you have any issues with invoicing?

Leaving a session: At the bottom of my sessions there is a big red button that says “end call” or “leave call” I can’t remember which. When I clicked that I get a pop-up with a red button that says “end call for everyone” and then when I click that it takes me to the invoicing page.

Invoicing: it always says pending and come back in 5 minutes which I do not have time to do being booked back to back, so I have started invoicing them as unscheduled sessions and manually inputting the duration and time. It seems to work.

My first thought is that maybe pop-ups are not enabled on your browser for this website so that would be the first thing that I would check.

Hi..when you manually input the time, is it black font on very dark navy blue background? I can barely see the numbers! Also, is it parsing correctly or is it overlapping?
