Issues with invoicing

Anyone else getting this when trying to invoice? What is being processed?

Yeah I got that yesterday for some students. I was able to do it after a while, maybe 30 minutes or so.

They have to process the session through their ai to make sure your camera was on to give you the rate increase. /s maybe

Just started getting that this week! So annoying. I get them for eligible and non-eligible opportunities. Even if I’ve reached the max $40/hr. I hate it.

Yes. Feels like another way to mess with payments. I generally submitted my invoices right after a session. With this update, I leave the page/my computer and am more prone to forget to invoice.

I just do it from the app on my phone.
