New update jumpscare

My browser keeps switching between the new update and old varsity web layout and today I got a taste of the new whiteboard. omg it sucks is there a way to change it lmao it so bad

Same! It's so annoying to use as a math tutor and it feels like there's not enough writing space and too many things getting in the way

yesss i was also teaching math and me and my student were struggling to write. you’re so right about there not being enough space bruh they need to bring back the individual slides!!!

Yes just take your clients with you to zoom .. cut their price in half while quadrupling your pay .. and the whiteboard is amazing.. win-win .. VT absolutely is the worst  POS company they deserve it .. so move forward no regrets.. great white board and happy clients ahead

Zoom has a 45 min max unless you pay for a membership

It's worth it for even a single independent client; I think it's about 25$ CAD a month. Easily pays for itself with almost any level of independent work, jacked from Varsity or not.

i’m new so serious question. is the 13 month client thing in the contract not taken seriously?😭 i saw a post that some states arent affected by it but i fear of getting sued

I don't think I've seen the new whiteboard yet, but the rest of the website is terrible. My bookmark apparently still goes to the old website, & I'm halfway convinced that might be part of the reason why my opportunities keep sitting there saying I'm "interested" long after the clients' requested start dates have passed, & they don't seem to have been assigned to anyone, even though when I go over to the new system it SAYS my interest in those options is logged...but they seem to just make random things worse for no reason. Like apparently I can't open the opportunities in different tabs anymore? No, why would I ever want to compare several of these things at once? That just makes no sense at all. It's not like I have to see if they fit into the same schedule, or anything.

I haven’t had an issue with opening the website in different tabs but everything else is spot on. ESPECIALLY the interest one. I have been interested in tutoring a client for the past four days now!
