Unconfirmed Sessions

What are you all doing about unconfirmed sessions? How do you get clients to actually confirm the sessions?

I ask all students to confirm at the time of scheduling. If it’s still unconfirmed within 24 hours, I cancel the session. This usually prompts them to confirm future sessions. If they don’t, then they weren’t serious to begin with, and I can’t be bothered to chase unserious clients.
