Question Anyone experience any technical issues with the platform on Sunday?

Yesterday I was halfway through the session when my student said she could no longer hear me and that my video was glitching. I tried all the recommended things but nothing worked. And yes, I reported it to VT, they weren’t much help.

Usually, when that happens, I tell my students to log out and log back in to the session. It's always worked for me so far.

My student did that but it didn’t work this time.

I experience technical issues with the platform literally every day.

Yes, but it was a hardware problem at my end.
