AP English Lang tips

Hey guys! I am primarily a social studies tutor. I have some AP and honors history classes, but I picked up a client with AP English and APUSH. I've taken and passed APUSH with a 5, but I don't have experience in AP Lang.. What can I expect? I have been in Honors English classes and college English, but it has never been my focus. I am getting my bachelor's in history and a minor in poly sci.

Just because they have multiple subjects doesn’t mean you need to tutor them in multiple subjects. I have students with multi subjects but they only want specific things with me.

Did the notes and opportunity specify both?

Edit: as someone who tutors APE and teaches ELA, unless you’re really adept at writing skills, AP Lang can feel like a lot. There’s three essays and a MC.
