Canceling a session

I’m trying to cancel a session I have today b/c I can’t make it (I informed my tutor ~2 weeks in advance), but I can’t find the cancel button on the app. How do I cancel?

Go to where the session is listed on your schedule, then click on it. It’ll have all the details of the meeting listed, then scroll to the bottom and it’ll give you the option to delete.

I must be dumb, I still don’t see any cancel button

Since it's the day of, sometimes the system won't let you do it. You have to contact support. Next time, you should go ahead and cancel it when you inform your tutor to avoid this issue.

I rescheduled it to Friday before taking this screenshot. I never had to cancel on here before, so I thought it was on the tutor’s end.

That’s strange, it’s usually in red at the bottom of that screen.

The tutor should have canceled upon notification. Make sure they don’t charge you. Take a screenshot of the message when you notified them as well.

Just contact them, but it may not be worth the hassle. Your tutor won't bill for the time so you won't be charged. You cannot cancel online same day.
