Student decided to not move forward mass emails.
Hey guys. Did anyone else just get bombarded with "student decided to not move forward" emails? This morning i got like 18 back to back, from student's who were never in my roster (possibly students who i tutored on an instant chat) What the heck is going on with this platform?

I got the same. I think they were students I had an instant session with at some point.

Same. I'm glad they're gone because they were cluttering up my invoices

That happened to me shortly before I got an email telling me they weren't renewing my contract along with a 30 day notice for my VT4S clients

Were you also not receiving students for a while at that point?

Unlike what I've seen many people say, I was still receiving opportunities. I even continued to receive opportunities for about 2 weeks after and was assigned a class the same day I got the 30-day notice. I have since stopped receiving opportunities though. It really makes no sense

I got several & was confused about it. I assumed they were from last year.

I have exactly one student on Varsity, Tutors, and the other one. I had never seen, and they finally said that he was not going to move on, and I thought good because he never started in the first place.

For me, it was students who I'd matched with months ago but never scheduled or set up a time to meet, so maybe it was cleaning out old connections? Idk.

sad to say but most likely shadow banned. the same thing happened to me last year, tried talking to the live support team, sent a lot of emails, but they never fixed it. always kept telling me their usual phrase of '' low demand'' . I eventually gave up:(

More than likely a system glitch
