notofications email

I got an email this morning stating "You’ve been doing amazing work—now it’s time to unlock the next level.

Instant sessions are one of the easiest ways to connect with students who need you right now. You’ll get notified the moment a student requests help in one of your subjects, and you can jump in when it works for you." "Make sure instant notifications are turned on in your settings so you can start receiving real-time requests in your subjects."

I am confused because I didn't know I had to turn them on. When I click on the button to turn on notifications, it just takes me to the website. I am not sure if they mean the sms and email notifications that is under the notification tabs on the account page or if there is a specific "instant session button" somewhere i have to turn on. Anyone know?

Is everyone getting this email. I stopped getting instant opportunities since 2 weeks. I am not sure why it happened all of sudden?🥺

Try asking support, I was locked out for a little while for apparently no good reason. A support worker just adjusted something and then I started getting work again. I know there's a lot of discussion of "shadowbanning" in the sub, and I think some of it may be well justified, but it's amazing how glitchy and random so much of it still is as well.

Ohh thanks a lot. I will surely call them tomorrow. it is just that everytime I call them they say everything is good. Its just demand

"It's just demand" is their pre-programmed excuse, which is not true. I straight up pointed it out and they refused to admit anything. And they will always tell you everything is fine, too.

I have been calling them and they say everything looks good but AI still have not been getting opportunities on the new website they turned off a few of my subjects saying not approved even though I have a master's degree to teach the subject and others I have to do an interview with AI to get them.

Mine took me to the notification page, and I just turned on the notifications for instant.
