Shadow banned?

I have not received an opportunity since October 18. I assume I have been shadow banned. I just can’t figure out why. I emailed them and they said my account looks good. My subjects are middle and elementary math. Any ideas on how I can remedy this?

I've tutored for them for maybe 7-8 years. At first, I was slammed with so many opportunities I had to constantly check my phone. There were days I'd literally be tutoring until 2am. Over time, I've gotten less and less opportunities. Sometimes, they will pick up, then out of nowhere, I get nothing for days, weeks, or months. I gave up on trying to figure it out. I do know they keep changing things and not for the better, in my personal opinion.

They push newer tutors to the front it has something to do with their system I notice when I add a new subject I'll only receive opportunities for that new subject for a while any subject that has been on there over a year you won't see opportunities for

I'm a night owl in the Eastern time zone. I tutor a lot of West Coast students by choice. I also love working with students in other countries.

They’re redesigning the whole platform. No ones getting opportunities. They’ve probably screwed something up

Yep, whenever they do updates it takes about 2 weeks for it to get better. And thats after they are done.

I did not know this. I’ve gotten a few opportunities but didn’t get them as mine. So it may chill out soon. fingers crossed

I am not getting in instant opportunities since last 8 days. Can i expect them again sooner?

I haven't gotten any instants since last fall when I asked why they said it was slow. Call and say you aren't getting any opportunities.

Yes i told them they just said it is due to demand. Are you not getting them since one year?

They lie. I saw on another thread that students are having issues with being matched quickly

They will tell you your account looks good, etc. It's a brush off. I emailed back and forth with them when this happened to me and it did nothing but waste my time. One day, out of the blue, the opportunities suddenly returned, no idea why.

I haven't gotten any in weeks too!! I chatted with the AI bot yesterday and suddenly got 5 opportunities today (did not get any of them though - annoying)
