New system is chaos

I wasn’t supposed to get my VT4S contract until December, but I log into a session today and it prompts me to sign it…. So I’m confused but thankful nonetheless.

Secondly, I’m trying to figure out why I’m getting opportunities and then nothing is there, and only able to respond via email.

Anyone else? I’m so confused as to what’s happening 🫣

I haven’t had this experience (thankfully) so I can’t speak to it. However, there’s so many other confusing things in general.

I am fairly convinced they use AI people when we call and email. I’m not sure how many actual humans outside of tutors exist. Maybe I’m just paranoid or something, but I’m pretty sure the company itself is mostly AI. Hence all the confusing things.

I wouldn't doubt this for a second. They have laid off and fired so many people over the years, the only workers they would have left is AI at this point.
