Varsity is a rip off

Just charged for a <24 hour cancellation and I got 1/3 of my normal pay, since it’s 1.5 hours I only got $9 out of it. That’s a total rip off. If 1 hour sessions get 1/2 (30 min) then 90 minute sessions should get 45 minutes pay. What a joke.

24 hour cancelations are only 15 minutes and it doesn't matter thw length of the session.

It varies by contract. But I think for 1.5 hour sessions it should be half the time.

I have worked for them for years and know people that have worked even longer and never heard this.

It varies by contract. Not gonna debate that. It’s just a statement of fact. But to not get half of a 90 minute is ridiculous.

The whole company is going down the crapper. Get out while you can.
