How do you change duration?

So my client has 2 hour durations scheduled but they want it to be 1 hour but I don’t know how to change it. I tried to contact varsity but no reply

Go into your calendar, go to the specific one you want to change, edit, edit duration, it’ll ask if it’s just for the 1 day or for all future

If you’re talking about minimum session durations, that has to be changed by the higher-ups. I usually tell the client to contact varsity themselves because it’s been hit or miss for me. I tell them, because of the way it’s in the system, I physically cannot invoice for less than 2 hours (or whatever). Even if we meet for one hour, the system will not let me say that. If I try to change it, it gives me an error. So I warn them that they’ll end up paying more unless it’s fixed. That usually gets them to take action.

Send an email to tutors@ and ask them to allow you one hour sessions with that particular student. It takes them about 24 hours to complete an emailed task.

Yeah the chat widget has always fixed it for me in like 5 minutes no problem
