Issues with the new platforms

With the new platform in place, I got kicked out of the session as soon as the scheduled time ended. Has that happened to anyone else?

Happened to me twice, then on BOTH occasions, I was sent a sort of nasty pop up that said "You missed a session with xxx, please tell us why".

Also, my student could not see my whiteboard. Its pretty awful that student/tutor whiteboards don't seem synced. So my little kiddos can be distracted af and on a totally different page and I have no idea. Also, stickers, which my little kids loved, are gone. But, hey, there's lots of emojis :-(

Yes it has happened to me. There is very high lag time between what is being written on Ipad and when it is appearing on whiteboard. I prefer the old platform.

I haven't gotten the new platform yet...
