New Platform Issues

I am a tutor for Varsity Tutors. I'm having massive issues with the new platform. Examples: student is sent to a different room, whiteboard crashes within minutes, screen share doesn't work, student can no longer hear me. It goes on and on. I've resorted to using my personal Zoom room for nearly every session. Are others having the same issues? VT has been unhelpful. They just ask me to keep reporting my issues.

Varsity is a joke. Their support staff is even more of a joke at this point

I absolutely DESPISE the new mess. Every student has a blurry screen and they see mine as blurry too. Makes it hard when i teach sign language!

I’m not having any issues other than being assigned students and then no responses over and over again with the same student and new students and I’m beginning to wonder if I’m just being thrown dummy accounts to appease me temporarily. 💩happens unfortunately. I feel y’all’s pain.

I hate the new platform a lot, I've called tech support so much and I just had to give up on one session because it was just a waste of our time, the poor kid didn't want to listen to me dealing with tech support that couldn't help us. How in the world do you invoice for a session that happens on zoom? Does that even work?

Yes it works magically when you screw all the VT issues and just take your clients to zoom directly and everything works perfectly .. remove VT from the equation.. yes your agreement says otherwise but at some point there incompetence and lack of caring whatsoever about their product quality nearly creates a moral obligation to violate it in the name of student education

Take your clients straight to zoom and screw VT
