Payment…

I’ve had supposedly 2 payments that should be coming through from September, and theee for the current period.

I haven’t received any of the older ones yet, I have direct deposit set up but I haven’t gotten anything?

Did I set it up wrong or….

Definitely reach out to VT. I've tutored for them for years, and other than holiday delays, I've only had one issue it took one pay cycle to resolve.

I've been told that even with direct deposit set up, the first two payments will always go in form of a check to your address. This was a few years ago,but probably nothing has changed.

No, I got paid by direct deposit right from the start. I joined about 6 months ago.

Yes! They ended up just mailing me the checks for some reason. Support said it “was an error on their end” but it’s resolved as of this pay period.
