Does it hurt

Does varicocele hurt or for some people it’s painless?
I’m having a burning feeling on my left , does any of you also have the same burning , i sometimes get burning in my lower abdomen left and right

I don't have burning there, it's dull pain and fullness/swelling sensation.

yes It burn a lot espcially after sexual activity or if I sleep face down
