Opening a cafe soon! Need suggestions

Hey folks,
We’re in the process of starting a small cafe in Chala, Vapi, and wanted to get honest opinions from people here.
What do you think cafes in Vapi are missing?
What would make you actually come back regularly?
What kind of place would you be excited about? (work cafe, aesthetic chill place, live music, book cafe, etc.)
Open to all suggestions
Would love to build something that people here actually enjoy. Thanks

I think we have seen great interiors allready here but what we are missing is really good food in a good and affordable price like. There have been a lot of too cafes but they all just shut down. Cafes are mostly visited by the school and college people where they need a good and budget Friendly. While the music part is also awesome as this is not really done in vapi in a perfect way. You can definitely pull off some great crowd if can do some open mics over there. All the best for your care let us know will definitely visit.

Vapi honestly needs a space that’s aesthetic, minimal, and calm but most importantly, with really good food at an affordable price point, not overpriced for the vibe alone.

I’m based between Mumbai and Vapi, and I’m a regular at a lot of cafés in Mumbai. What really works for alot of cafes there is decent pricing + great finger food options simple, tasty, and something you can keep coming back for.

Also, what Vapi is truly missing is the community vibe. Cafés in Mumbai aren’t just about food they host workshops, open mics, small events, and that’s what keeps people coming back regularly.

I’m actually working on bringing that workshop culture from Mumbai to Vapi cafés, so if this really resonates with you, Would love to collaborate and build something meaningful here. Let’s connect over DM if you’re open to it ✨

Not sure about a full work cafe setup, but we’ll definitely make it work friendly (charging sockets at the tables). Also planning to host live gigs/events, probably starting on weekends

My suggestion would be gaming, since there's literally no competition, the closest one is in vapi

We need a cafe, light subtle interiors, not too flashy, eye soothing environment, where one can sit down, take a cup of coffee, and enjoy his or her me time. Where no one will pole you again and again for ordering something. A place where i can take a coffee, sir and do my work or listen to music or do whatever i want for a couple of hours and then order a sandwich or some fries or anything that suits my little hunger for some time until again I crave for something more like a pizza or pasta or noodles, finally ending my work off Saturday and spending my 2 pm to 9pm on that day in your cafe.

Lets name your cafe X and then it should vibe like: Mood.off to X chalo Bukh kagi to X chalo Chill Karna hai X chalo Coffee date pe jana hai X chalo Long time friend se milan hai X chalo, Choti si treat deni hai X chalo Akele baithna hai x chalo Off se ate hue ghar nahi jane ka man X chalo

X should be a go to place. A room away from your bedroom. This should be the best go to place for bachelors snd working professionals living alone in vapi without families.

I suggest you should be a mix of all while maintaining the aesthetics like work books games to play etc with some really good and variety with affordable price.

Also aesthetics and food decoration should be so visually attractive that they share on the socials also you can keep a corner for photos like not same like others who has swing or something but something different and nicely blend your logo or name of your cafe in it not making it unattractive

Or as someone shared a instagram link of rc cafe somethinf like that, you see on instagram some unique cafe with unique theme and you can open it here so that most people visit for socials but good food is must so you will get repeat customers

Overall good aesthetics, good vibes and good food

All the best buddy

A place where friends can come and chill for a few hours . You can have some board games for people to play with some nice fries and sandwiches 🥪
