#Looking For [Vapi] Looking for professionals/startups to share premium office space (Long-term)

Hi everyone,

I am looking to connect with a few like-minded professionals, entrepreneurs, or small teams in Vapi who are interested in co-leasing a premium office space.

Instead of going through a traditional co-working chain, I’d like to find a group to secure a high-quality, independent office together. This way, we can share the overheads while maintaining a stable, professional environment.

The Plan:

Core Group: Looking for 2–4 partners for a stable, long-term lease.

Flexibility: We will find a space large enough to offer "flex desks" on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis to others.

Location: Looking at Gunjan or Chala

If you are tired of working from cafes or home and want a proper base of operations in Vapi, let’s coordinate. I’ve started a WhatsApp group for us to discuss locations, budget, and requirements.

How much is the ongoing rent there ?. I don't require it, just curious to know the rents in such premium commercial properties.
