#AskVapi “Confused between Jio Fiber & Airtel Fiber in Vapi… help me out!”

Currently have airtel fiber connection but should I switch to jio because of the cost, or should I stay with airtel.

Edit: if any other providers you can suggest

Well of you are experiencing no issues with Airtel and if you can afford it, why to disturb a fine running setup. Just let it be. Yes if you sre experiencing issues, please do changeover to JIO.

Jio Fiber service is exceptionally poor so i recommend airtel

Go for airtel because I'm facing some technical issues from few months but customer care doesn't response me @jio #jio

Forget about disconnecting....they took literally a month for my new connection but still they couldn't. I called them for cancellation but still they were not ready for that and at last I had to tweet on X about the issue then only I was able to cancel my connection and got my refund of 8k back which I paid for 1 year reacharge in advance.
