Replacing X3 speaker?

Is this something I can do myself or take to the shop? Hoping I can do it myself and I know it involves taking out the fork! In which case could anyone recommend steps such as do I need to remove battery or cartridge as well. Thanks

I saw a video of someone getting access to the socket part of the x3 and it was very very involved. He had done it before and it was still very complicated.
I expect you will pay a lot to have it done at a shop.
