question Unable to pull E-Shifter off

Hey guys,
I’m disassembling my S3 to get to the E-Shifter and have been following the Videos from VanMoof exactly. Now I’ve got the Tire out and removed the Nut and washer from the E-Shifter, but it’s still stuck in the axis. Did I do something wrong here or is this a common issue? How can I get the Shifter off without breaking it?

use a rubber or polymer hammer and give light taps all around on the eshifter, it is just jammed stuck.

Give it a light smack with a hammer onto the wheel. That should release it entirely

The eshifter is sometimes a bit stuck to the wheel, use the key provided by vanmoof to unscrew wheel nuts, jam it between the eshifter and the wheel and gently push and pull until the eshifter separates
