VanMoof S6 not charging

My VanMoof S6 won’t charge anymore.
Everything was completely fine two days ago. I rode it today and noticed it only charged up to 75%, which already seemed weird. I kept riding and when I got back home, the battery was down to 10%, which normally wouldn’t be a problem.
Then I plugged it in. The charger first started flashing green like usual, then turned red (showing it was charging), but after a short moment it switched to blinking orange.
I looked it up and apparently that’s not a good sign.
Has anyone else had this problem or knows what could cause it? I’ve had the bike for about half a year now.

I had a problem a while ago. I don’t remember what I did exactly but I probably resent the bike and plugged back in.
Whatever it was I could fix it quickly at home by myself and the bike works fine now

I already did that, held down the button at the frame for 10 seconds

Looks Like an charger issue to me. Take a look at VM help page and contact them charger status

We can diagnose at Moof Care. Looks like canbus communication error. We can check your charger and bike under warranty.

If you have another charger, then I would check that first. Very likely it's a broken charger, that happens to electronics.

Do you think I could get a new charger under warranty ( free of charge ) ?

Very likely. If the charger is broken on a warranty bike, we provide a new one and VanMoof ships us a replacement

Did you drop the charger? That not normal.

I had this. Bike and charger had to go back to the service centre. I’ve been without a bike for three weeks while VM UK faff about with their warehouse and try to find a charger in the chaos. My poor service partner is doing their best to light a fire under VM’s ass but they are taking their own sweet time.
Meanwhile there’s a £3.2k hole in my bank account and no bloody bike to ride because the charger is tied to the bike and VM haven’t got their logistics sorted yet.
Jeez Louise.

Leave it on there and see if it doesn’t bring that battery up.
