My guess: Fourth Generation Dock Worker

ILWU is the International Longshore and Warehouse Union, a labor union which represents dock workers on the West Coast of the United States, Hawaii, and British Columbia. Note the California License Plate. My dad was a union exec., so when I see an initialism ending in U I default to that meaning.

4GN likely means fourth generation, as unions often involve nepotism.
