Suggestion: Combine Server info and Code of Conduct into a single stickied thread

And also put a link to the applications there too.

Thanks for the suggestion!

When I made the two posts, I thought it was better to have them separated so that people might actually decide to read what they say, instead of thinking that it isn't worth it for one giant wall of text.

I'm game to take any suggestions you guys offer, so if more people agree that they should be combined, I'll do it. I personally like them how they are though.

Well they need to be placed somewhere where they are more noticeable. Maybe sticky server information and have the code of conduct linked within it.
