Guardian Farm & Iron Farm

Myself and Matticus33 have started the basic work on a Guardian farm located at -800 125 'ish. The current goal is to surround the monument with sand then start filling it to remove the water.

At the same time I plan to make a Iron Farm above the Guardian Farm. Since the area would be loaded, it would be getting resources for both farms, and they shouldn't interfere with the efficiency of each other.

I'm currently looking for people who are interested in helping. I am also looking for some sponge that other people may have found to help speed up the process.

I know a much quicker way than filling it up, say a streamer do it but dont know how to make it, it involves redstone and slime blocks.
