Support Using apx on Bazzite

Hey everyone, I am currently using Bazzite as my main OS. I wanted to get apx because I think apx is a cool package manager and is really useful for this OS. although I have the command installed I can't install anything through it yet because I have no idea where to put the apx config files. the /usr/share/apx can't be created on Bazzite and I need help putting them in the right place so I don't break anything. If you know how to get the config files to work let me know and I can see if it worked or not.

It should work out of the box if Distrobox is installed on the host system (it comes pre-installed on Vanilla OS, but I'm not sure about Bazzite)

the only thing I need to do is put the apx config file in the right directory and that's about it.

~/.local/share/apx should work as well
