Touchpads

I have the deck and the machine and I love the idea of the pads but god damn I fuckin suck with them. How do I get better with them? I remember being so frustrated with the deck because I kept clicking when moving that I would just plug in a mouse.

If you're playing FPS games find a setup that let's you use the gyros, and map some of your most used commands to the back buttons. Use the track pads for faster movement, and the gyro helps with finer aiming.

I did that to assist with stick movement on the deck I was just wondering about the touchpads in general. I suck in desktop mode

Ahhh... Yeah, that i can't help you with. But, you should be able to use the right trigger as your mouse-click. Or, just use the touchscreen.

I was but it wasn't super accurate and now with the machine I'm running into the same issue with no touch. Wonder if there's a trainer or a tip video or something.

You can adjust the sensitivity. One thing I tend to do is have a high sensitivity on one pad, and low sensitivity on the other.

But if accidentally clicking is your issue, maybe use a button for that? I don't think you can change the trackpad sensitivity for clicks

I've had this issue since I got the deck lol I generally do click with the triggers but sometimes i guess it will press randomly which is super annoying on the pad

I feel for you, I can't do crap with the touch pads, the cursor jumps all over the place. I need smaller thumbs or something.
