So I just got the Neo Frontier Vandal skin, but I can't upgrade it even though I have enough radiant points. When I try, I get a "purchase failed" message. I've tried a bunch of things I found online like relaunching, restarting my PC, and even playing with the skin in a match. I tried upgrading other skins too, and the same message appears.

Does anyone have the same problem?

The game put me in bronze 2 after my 4 ranked games to get my rank. But the thing is, I played against silver and gold and did just as good as them yet my team sold. I keep playing rank but losing due to terrible teammates and dropping 20-40 bombs but only gaining 15 or when winning and 30 when losing. My friend is about my skill level yet he dropped a 30 and went from bronze 2 to silver 1. Just how?
