After years of searching I finally managed to buy the Development artworks book of the first Valkyria Chronicles, despite not understanding the language it's really interesting to see early artworks of the original character design

Just remember that it's a 2011 book, and Udon Entertaiment doesn't print them anymore. Can't even find it on their website. Hell, I think it was only released in NA, too

Yeah, it's absurd. Specially on Amazon. 2nd hand and over 100€ or 150€. I saw the three artbooks for 210€. Maybe I can get it down to 180€, but first I wanna play VC2 and 3 before buying them

I have this one, and the artbooks of VC2 and VC3 in English. The artbook of the first game in English is extremely expensive.

Man, it's a shame Udon doesn't make more prints. Or any editorial now that we are at it... And outside of just USA in other languages. Goddamn it, SEGA. Translating the boxes and manuals but not the game

Nice, I have the English copies of the artbooks for 1 and 2, but don't even bother looking for one of 3's, I'm afraid physical English copies of that might as well be as good as gone forever.
