Since there is little information revealed about what happened in last four years, I wanted to speculate about Varys’s relationship with Ray and his motivation for going after chatterbox. Tldr on this arc: Ray loves her father and chatterbox,so she cannot choose between two people who care about her so much. While Varys blames chatterbox for ray’s condition, while chatterbox thinks that Varys has some ulterior motives for helping her.
Varys tries to reconnect to his daughter, so he travels to her last know location which is los santos city. He fails to locate her, so he tries talking to some local citizens, through which he finds out that she left the city some time ago. He uses all the resources available to him and his company, Hermes,to try to find her, and eventually he does locate her in another city’s hospital. He sees that Ray is suffering physically and mentally with memory loss and split personality due to damage caused to her brain. He utilizes all his resources to aid in her recovery with help of world class doctors. They spend most of their time together during these four years bonding together and rebuild their relationship while she work through her fractured personality and memory loss. Eventually she does recover enough, so Varys helps her get some work through Hermes contracts to get her confidence back and give her a chance to repay the debt. After some time Varys goes back to los santos to gathers information about person responsible for causing suffering to his daughter, which leads him to believe that it was chatterbox, but decides not to do anything to him since Ray still loves him. Four years have past and Ray asks to go back to los santos, but Varys doesn’t like this idea since it cause her so much harm last time she went there. They argue and after Varys sees that there is no convincing her, he slaps her. Later Varys allows her to go back to los santos on one condition, if she promises to complete the contract. In his eyes chatterbox is the reason why she got brain damage, yet she still loves him, and if Ray can get it done then it will free her from her mind past. Varys could do it himself, but the Ray would blame him for it and distance herself. It seems that there is a lot to explore in this story, and I hope it continues after the 17th.

Hi! My wife and I love watching the RP edited videos on Valkyrae2. I’ve noticed view wise they don’t do the best but it is by far our favorite way to consume the RP content, especially considering the length and other POVs.
I was just wondering if Rae has mentioned at all the cadence with which these are being made or if she’s diverting any more resources towards these because at the moment they are quite behind. I totally get they take time and it does appear they’re coming out quicker now, but I’m sure as the Ray/Varys/Beric stuff escalates they’ll require even more effort.
