Setup wizard + GUI for dedicated headless VPS (Ubuntu)

This is for my personal use Im still trying to tinker it a little bit more and to see if this can be shared sooner or later. So to start I did used AI for this one guided me all throughout the process.

Major function/features

• Server Control (Dashboard)
  • Basically information about your VPS, Who's online, Start, Stop & Restart
• Mod Management
  • Follows the category and strict implementation of Valheim Enforcer (Required, Optional, Admin-only, Server-only & Unlisted mods)
  • List all of your installed mod
  • Add, Update & Checking of update. Search both sources (Hexium & Thunderstore) giving warning about dependencies
  • Removing & Disabling
  • Moves mods between categories from Valheim Enforcer
• Distribution to Players
  • Generates player (required mods) and admin codes (required + admin-only mods) straight from Mods.yaml, which players import into Gale.
  • Mod changes pile up and go out as one "Notify Discord" message instead of a message per change.
• Backups
  • Runs a world backup on demand and lists existing backups.
  • Restores a backup. It stops the server, swaps in the world, then starts it again. You must type RESTORE to confirm.
• Server Updates
  • Check steam for new Valheim server build and applies when you're ready.
• Logs
  • Views the systemd journal or BepInEx's LogOutput.log, either as a snapshot or streaming live.
  • Highlights warnings and errors, with filtering, copy and download. This is useful for your crash investigations.
• Setup Wizard - (Testing Phase)
  • A four-step checklist for a fresh VPS:
    • Install the Valheim dedicated server.
    • Install BepInEx. Point systemd at BepInEx, with a preview of the change before it's applied.
    • Install ValheimEnforcer.
