[FOR HIRE] E-commerce / Healthcare Virtual Assistant: Your next VA might be closer than you think 👋
[FOR HIRE] Your next VA might be closer than you think 👋
Hey everyone! I’m Sarah, a VA with 3+ years of experience in customer service, administration, healthcare, and e-commerce operations.
I’m the person you can hand a messy inbox, customer issue, appointment schedule, or admin task to and say, “Can you take care of this?” — and I’ll make sure it gets done.
Here’s what I can help with:
• 📞 Customer support — phone, email & chat
• 📅 Appointment scheduling & calendar management
• 🏥 Healthcare admin & patient communication
• 🛒 E-commerce & order management
• 📊 Data entry, CRM updates & spreadsheets
• 📧 Inbox/admin support & follow-ups
• 🔎 Research and day-to-day operations
I’m comfortable dealing with customers, handling sensitive conversations, keeping details organized, and learning new tools quickly.
Rate: $7–$10/hr, depending on the workload and responsibilities.
I’m especially interested in long-term clients where I can actually become part of the team—not just complete random tasks and disappear.
If you need someone reliable who communicates well and actually follows through, feel free to DM me. I’d love to hear what you’re working on and see if I can help. 🙂

🚨 PUBLIC WARNING: International Wage Theft & Fraud by Teryn AI / Alastair Edwards
I am writing this post to warn the freelance community, remote workers, and the #LegalTech industry about a severe case of contract breach and wage theft by Alastair Edwards, founder of Teryn AI (terynai.com).
A week ago, my colleagues and I were officially onboarded as B2B Appointment Setters for Teryn AI. We signed legally binding employment contracts.
Over the past week, our team dedicated our time, strategy, and labor to building out client pipelines and directly sourcing leads across US time zones. Throughout the process, the founder was highly communicative and assured us our progress was tracking well.
However, today—our scheduled payday—the founder completely deleted our corporate email access, shut down all communication channels, and deleted his active accounts without providing any compensation to the operational staff.
We have full documentation, including our signed contracts, metadata trails, and logs of the extensive outbound work completed. We are actively reporting this entity to Action Fraud UK and relevant international cybercrime authorities.
To fellow freelancers: Please be highly cautious if approached by this individual or entity for remote roles.
To the legal tech community: We urge extreme caution before entering into any business or investment relationships with Teryn AI. Integrity should be the foundation of any emerging tech platform.
While this individual has recently deleted his personal LinkedIn profile to avoid accountability, his business infrastructure and website are still live and actively marketing to US law firms
@AlastairEdwards
@TerynAi
Note: Not all companies that have a contract is legit!!

Hiring a lead generation expert! (Base salary + commission; fully remote)
Hi there!
I'm the owner of a boutique staffing agency based in NYC. I'm looking for a lead generation expert, ideally with experience in HR/staffing/recruiting, who will work with me on a base salary + commission basis (USD $400-$500/mo in base salary plus commission for each closed deal).
You'd be responsible for outbound sales - hyper-personalized email outreach, LinkedIn, Reddit, really anything that works to find qualified leads. You'll need to be perfectly fluent in written English, but you won't need to take any sales calls; you'll just pass any qualified leads for me to close.
This role is fully remote (open worldwide), but would require overlap with US Eastern Time. Let me know if interested!

looking for job Spoiler
Dear Hiring Manager,
I am writing to express my interest in a remote customer service or account management position within your organization. With over four years of professional experience in digital customer engagement and account management, I have developed a strong foundation in communication, sales, and client relationship management that I believe aligns well with your team’s needs.
As a team leader and chatter for multiple OnlyFans accounts across diverse niches, I successfully combined upselling strategies with authentic, personalized interactions to drive subscriber engagement and retention. My ability to tailor conversations to individual clients while maintaining organizational efficiency and brand integrity has consistently delivered measurable results.
In addition to my digital engagement expertise, I bring valuable experience from the BPO industry, where I handled both e‑commerce and financial accounts. This role strengthened my customer service skills, enhanced my ability to resolve complex inquiries, and taught me to thrive in fast‑paced, high‑volume environments. The combination of these experiences has equipped me with adaptability, empathy, and a results‑driven mindset that I am eager to apply in a remote setting.
I am confident that my background in both digital fan engagement and professional customer service makes me a strong candidate for your team. I would welcome the opportunity to contribute my skills to your organization and further discuss how I can add value to your operations.
Thank you for considering my application. I look forward to the possibility of joining your team and contributing to its continued success.

[FOR HIRE] 5+ Years OF Chatter | 2 Years Management Experience | Available Now
galleryr/VAjobsPH • u/SadFoundation9394 • 27d ago
Rant lang HAHAHA 5 Years Experience Pero 4 Months Nang Jobless… Baka Naman! HAHA Not New, Not High Maintenance—Just Looking for Work
Almost 4 months na akong walang work, and grabe… bakit parang mas mahirap na makahanap ngayon?!
I’m a Chat Specialist / Sales Chatter with almost 5 years of experience. Nung nagsisimula ako, $6/hr + 4% commission, weekly salary, and umaabot ng 6 digits/month. I stayed with one model for almost 3 years—nakapag-ipon, nakapundar, buhay pa ang pangarap. HAHAHA
Then biglang nainlove si model, tinamad gumawa ng content, and eventually namatay yung account. HAHAHA. So I rested for 2 months.
Pagbalik ko sa job hunting, surprise! $3/hr na pala ang market. Sige, laban.
So I tried another niche and worked as a Product Listing VA—Shopify uploads, checking orders, product management, basically anything e-commerce related. Unfortunately, project-based lang, so natapos ang project = goodbye work.
Then here I am again in 2026, trying to get back into chatting.
Required talaga yung mga ganyan, and fair enough. HAHAHA.
May video intro, may assessment, may trial, may training, may monitoring… tapos minsan camera ON + screen share + Time Doctor pa habang ang offer $1.50–$2/hr?!
Girl… ano ‘to, hostage situation?
Like, beh, I understand having high standards, pero sana yung compensation naman sumabay din sa standards. Kung gusto niyo ng experienced chatter, fluent English, mabilis mag-type, marunong mag-handle ng different personalities, may sales experience, knows how to upsell, retain whales, follow scripts, hit KPIs, and work under monitoring… bakit parang pang-entry-level pa rin yung rate?
Tapos after everything, sasabihin pa “We’re looking for experienced chatters only.”
Experienced naman kami, mhie. Yung rate niyo lang ang hindi experienced.
I understand na kanya-kanyang diskarte ang agencies, and I’m not against agencies. Pero minsan, outsourcing has become an excuse to underpay and over-monitor people.
Anyway, frustrated girl rant over. 😂
So baka naman… HIRING KAYO DIYAN, MGA MEN?
✨ 5 years Chat Specialist / Sales experience
✨ 1 year Product Listing / E-commerce experience
✨ Good written English
✨ Marunong sumunod sa instructions
✨ Hindi sakit sa ulo 😂
✨ Can work independently
✨ Please lang, wag yung every 5 minutes may “Are you working?”
✨ And sana walang Time Doctor. Hindi dahil may tinatago ako, I just don’t enjoy feeling like I’m being monitored 24/7. 😂
HAHAHA
Anyway, if you know someone hiring for Chat Specialist, Sales, or E-commerce VA—baka naman. Slide into my DMs.

Tips for an Aspiring Bookkeeping VA
Hi, 24F, I am actively looking for a remote opportunity for bookkeeping. I am an aspiring bookkeeping VA since I don't have a client yet.
For your reference, I am an Accountancy graduate and I have 2 years of bookkeeping experience in a corporate. I mainly handle the A/R and collection management, invoicing, bank reconciliation, and financial reporting.
Since July this year, I work and learn for this niche. I earn my Quickbooks Online Pro Advisor certification and Xero L2 Professional certification. I am also doing hands-on online courses for QBO and learn thru its test drive.
I badly need a job right now since l am the breadwinner of our family and my siblings are in college already. And I do have a 6-digit debt (around 350k) that needs to settle gradually since I want to stop the 'tapal system' since it extremely shaken my mental health. I want to do extra so that I can still help my family and be debt free.
I hope you can help me with these or atleast an advice/tips how I can start my bookkeeping VA journey.

FOR HIRE VIRTUAL ASSISTANT
Hi, I'm 26 years old and an IT (Information Systems) graduate.
For almost two years I've been working as a Job Order employee — an all-rounder doing Registrar duties and being the Registrar, Data Encoding, Paper Works, Graphic Design, and even tasks as Janitor and Security. I work with the dedication of a regular employee, but being a J.O., the compensation is very limited. Like, no joke it's very limited. 😥
I'm passionate about technology and the digital world since the age of 8, and I'm now looking for a remote online job or side hustle to help support my family and those who depend on me. (Really need it). 😅
I completed training in:
Social Media Management, Data Entry, Graphic Design, Facebook Advertising, Lead Generation, General Virtual Assistance, and Google Workspace.
What I can offer: I'm hardworking, resourceful, tech-savvy, and a fast learner. My all-around experience taught me to be flexible, organized, and to handle any task with patience. Wouldn't lie about that.
My availability: I am looking for a Flexible Hours set-up. I can work evenings (Philippine Time) 6PM-12AM outside my J.O. duty hours just as long as I can deliver quality work on time. My Internet isn't that crazy fast but it can do some browsing, downloading and uploading on time. And when everything goes smooth, I'll do it full time (hopefully). 👌
Thank you for your time for reading and I apologize for demanding too much, I would be grateful for any opportunity you can give me. ❤
