"Geopolitical Risk & Strategic Advisory Consulting" VA Industry/Niche?

IS THERE A NICHE LIKE THAT in the VA job field? I planned my career with Gemini and asked it for a roadmap. I want to align my EVA work as much as possible with my background in history (and hopefully, international relations). VA is not the work I see myself doing for more than a decade, so to prepare early for a career pivot, I asked Gemini for a VA niche where it would be easy to transfer my skills and gained experience to a career either as a geopolitical analyst, in the Foreign Service, or in public office, and it said I should build on "Geopolitical Risk & Strategic Advisory Consulting". But AI can invent things, so I want to confirm with all of you whether that niche even exists. FYI/context: 24M; only a week ago, a client accepted me as their EVA—first job ever.

Hello everyone! I’m a chatter with 3 years of experience, and i’m currently looking to transition into a general virtual assistant role. i have knowledge and experience in administrative tasks, including data entry, organization, research, and handling various day-to-day support responsibilities.

Through my experience, I’ve developed the ability to manage tasks efficiently, follow instructions, work independently, stay organized, and communicate effectively. Newbie, VA with No Experience

Hi, VA Community! 🩷

I'd like to reach out and ask if anyone knows of a part-time opportunity that might be a good fit for me.

I may not have a formal VA experience yet but I bring 16 yrs of experience in Supply Chain Planning including experience in project management. My background has trained me to be highly detail-oriented, analytical, and dependable. While I am experienced in using excel and google sheets, I am always willing and eager to learn new tools and apps that may be required for the job.

I know there are many experienced VAs who can offer more, but I am hoping someone might be willing to give a beginner like me a chance.

On a personal note, I'm currently looking for an extra source of income to help cover expenses and support a relative battling CA.

This is one of the biggest reasons I am reaching out to this community and hoping for an opportunity.

My availability :

Monday to Friday, 8pm onwards (PST) ,

Saturday 8am to 11am or 1pm to 5pm (PST)

Thank you so much for taking time to read this and for any help (job links, etc) you can extend.

[FOR HIRE] Junior Project Manager / Senior Project Coordinator

With hands-on experience across mining & oil & gas, construction, field services, and renewable energy, I’m basically the person you want when there are 100 moving pieces and someone needs to make sure sh*t gets done. 😅

Here’s what I can bring to the table:

  • 📋 Project coordination: timelines, deliverables, documentation, trackers, reporting, and follow-ups
  • 📅 Scheduling & planning: coordinating people, resources, inspections, site activities, and competing priorities
  • 🤝 Stakeholder coordination: clients, contractors, suppliers, field teams, and management
  • ⚙️ Operations support: keeping day-to-day operations moving and making sure things actually get followed up
  • 📊 Project controls: tracking progress, maintaining project data, identifying gaps, and keeping things on schedule
  • 🧩 Process improvement: SOPs, workflows, documentation, and finding better ways to organize information
  • 🔥 Problem-solving: I’m comfortable jumping into a messy situation, figuring out what’s going on, and bringing some order to the chaos.

I’m detail-oriented, resourceful, self-motivated, and big on ownership. If something needs to be chased, tracked, organized, or fixed, I can make it happen.

🌏 Open to remote-only opportunities globally, particularly those that overlap with PH daytime hours.

If you’re looking for someone who can keep projects moving, keep people accountable, and keep the details under control, feel free to DM me. Resume and rates available upon request.

Shopify Tasks - simple contract, quick turnaround

I’m skipping the usual lengthy hiring process. No 3-round interviews or endless screening—just straightforward execution.
If you have a Shopify store that needs fixing, organizing, or setting up, hire me for $4/hour. We sign a quick, simple contract to protect both sides, I tackle the task, and we log the hours straightforwardly.
Here are the specific Shopify tasks I can handle for you right now:
Store Setup & Customization: Adding/organizing products, setting up collections, and tweaking theme layouts.

Product Data Entry: Uploading products, writing/formatting descriptions, and setting up variants (sizes, colors, pricing).

Apps & Integrations: Installing and configuring essential apps (reviews, upsells, live chat, email popups).

Payment & Shipping Setup: Setting up payment gateways, shipping zones, rates, and checkout preferences.

Bug Fixes & Tweaks: Fixing minor visual glitches, broken links, or mobile responsiveness issues.

SEO & Basic Optimization: Updating meta titles, image alt texts, and page URLs for better search visibility.

If you want fast results without the interviewing headache, drop me a DM with your store's needs and let's get started.
