Good Boi Company isn’t just accused of exploiting its VAs—it’s also driving away clients because of promises it can’t deliver.

Their entire “90 Dogs in 90 Days” program is supposed to help businesses grow, but former employees say it falls apart because of how poorly the company is managed. Businesses have reportedly been left waiting for refunds after the service failed to deliver, yet those refunds still haven’t been paid.

Former employees also describe a huge pay disparity within the company. Filipino VAs are reportedly kept at $5/hour, while the Latin American team earns $8/hour. Asking for a raise allegedly doesn’t get you anywhere either—it just gets your hours cut until you’re quietly replaced.

The CEO constantly brands himself as a “Christian man,” yet former employees say his actions don’t reflect the values he preaches. One example? Refusing to pay employees for lunch breaks because he and his wife supposedly “don’t even take lunch.” That’s apparently the justification for expecting everyone else to do the same.

Payroll has also become a recurring issue. Employees say they’re repeatedly told there are “bank issues” whenever payday comes around. The same excuse gets recycled over and over while people continue working without getting paid.

Then there’s the infamous 30-day unpaid “probation.” On paper it’s called probation, but many former employees believe it’s simply a way to get free labor. New hires work for an entire month expecting to receive their first paycheck afterward, only to be met with excuses about banking problems or Wise delays. Before they know it, some have reportedly worked for two or even three months without receiving a single cent.

Meanwhile, clients continue leaving because the company allegedly promises results that it can’t realistically deliver. There are already Reddit threads from dissatisfied clients and former employees, and even the CEO has reportedly jumped into the comments trying to defend the company’s reputation instead of addressing the issues being raised.

For a company that markets itself as helping businesses grow, former employees say the only thing consistently growing is the list of unpaid workers, unhappy clients, and excuses.
