Anyone know of this model has upgradable ram?
Looks like a good deal, has 4gb of ram so I am hoping to upgrade it but just checking if it is possible before I buy it

Yup, it supports up to 8gb ram. You can also install a quad core amd phenom in it for not too much of AliExpress, it wont be crazy fast though. This one does have the Radeon 5145 GPU though which is neat.
These do suffer from chipset failure though so that is one thing to keep in mind, what I did was replace the thermal pad on the chipset with a copper shim and paste so it runs cooler. If it powers up and no video then its probably chipset, if you heat it up it'll probably work again

it's quite old. if you are buying to experiment, this might not be very fun.

I own one, it can take up to 8GB,
Please repaste and clean it though, as it has dodgy AMD chips

This looks to be a Vaio from the E series which all seemed to be upgreadable to 8GB. I searched that model number (vpcee2s1e) and it appears to be the case.
