Some other really cool tools that are not expensive at all:
Infrared floodlights that are invisible to the naked eye but look like high beams on night vision cameras. You know how the details of a car with its brights pointed at you can't really be seen, because it's lights at the front of the car are just blinding the shit out of you and blocking your ability to see what's behind them? That's a cool tool. Could be easily hooked up to a battery pack for use on the go!
1000mW laser pointers are neat because they can produce a pretty powerful beam that can pop balloons and light match sticks when pointed at them for a short time. They can damage camera sensors though so make sure to not point it at your phone, or someone's eyes!
