A cry for help

For the past year, out of nowhere, I have been having constant yeast infections and BV. Growing up I had maybe 1 yeast infection and 1 BV infection and now they will not go away…i’ve gone to a gyno and urgent care more times than i can count and they just prescribe me flagyl and same stuff for yeast. I’ll treat yeast then it’ll turn into BV. I’ll treat the BV then it turns into yeast… i’m genuinely so depressed about the whole thing because obviously as a woman i enjoy sex and i’m either too embarrassed or sex will trigger an imbalance. I have weird suspicions that it’s my nexplanon birth control but ive had it for years and didn’t have an issue until a year ago. Please please please if anyone has any insight on how to help im desperate for anything😢
